Hi, I’m Lauranne
Science-led. Investigative. Personal.
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes the body work well — and what happens when it doesn’t.
I grew up surrounded by medicine, so health and physiology were part of my world from an early age. But my own professional path initially took me in a different direction, into branding, marketing and product development.
Over the years, I worked on products where science, formulation and consumer needs came together. One of my final projects involved working in a laboratory to develop highly concentrated skincare formulations using active ingredients. That experience deepened a passion I still have today: understanding health from both the inside and the outside.
It was also what eventually led me to nutrition.
From product development to health investigation
I wanted to understand the body with the same level of curiosity and rigour that I had brought to product development.
So I retrained in London at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, developing an investigative approach to nutrition and health.
Rather than looking only at the symptom, I’m interested in the bigger picture — nutrition, lifestyle, digestion, sleep, stress, hormones, environment and the individual factors that may be contributing to how someone feels.
Because sometimes the most important question isn't:
“How do we manage this symptom?”
but:
“Why is this happening in the first place?”
I’m naturally persistent. When something isn't making sense, I don't particularly like leaving it there. I want to keep asking questions, connecting the dots and looking at the evidence until we have a clearer picture of what may be driving the problem.
My role is not to tell you what your health should look like. It is to help you understand your own health more deeply and create a practical, personalised strategy to move towards it.
A particular interest in skin, women & family health
My background in skincare means I have a particular interest in skin health and the relationship between what happens inside the body and what we see on the outside.
But my interests extend well beyond skin.
As a mother of two, I've also become increasingly interested in nutrition during pregnancy, early childhood and family health. The nutritional environment during pregnancy and the early years is an important part of a child's development, which has made this an area I'm particularly passionate about.
I love helping women understand how nutrition can support them through different stages of life — from preparing for pregnancy, through pregnancy and postpartum, and beyond.
And because family health is rarely about one person in isolation, I also enjoy helping parents build realistic, nourishing foundations for the whole family.
Based in Luxembourg
I'm now based in Luxembourg, where I work with clients both remotely and, where appropriate, in person.
My approach is thorough but practical. I don't believe in unnecessarily restrictive diets, endless lists of supplements or one-size-fits-all protocols.
Instead, I look at the individual in front of me, investigate the relevant pieces of the puzzle, and translate that information into clear, realistic steps that can actually fit into everyday life.
If you've been dealing with a health concern that hasn't quite been resolved, or simply feel that your health could be better than it is, I'd love to help you investigate it.
